The game takes another turn. How are you feeling with your new tribemates? Has your strategy changed for this portion of the game?
Do you feel like you have any control in your fate and who goes home? If not, how would you go about changing that?

WOW JEFF THIS SWAP IS AMAZING FOR ME
I'm still with Joaquin and Dale, who are my closest allies at this stage. I still have Brian and Caryn who are willing to work with me. Because we didnt have any contentious tribals, I see no reason why the 5 of us wouldn't keep voting together.
We also got Drew, who has been in our plans for a while now. apparently he was on the bottom of his previous tribe, so I think it will be pretty easy to pull him into our numbers moving forward. (lol classic Danni, wanting to work with the returning bros. Someone call my skank ass out on this please)
Brooke and Lucy are wild cards. Brooke is sporadically active, other than the time she was stuck in our tribe chatroom CHEATING!!1!!!!!1111 Lucy seems like a fun bitch, and apparently she has told Brian she doesn't mesh well with her tribe
I would say I am in (almost) complete control of myself making it to the merge. And as we all know, thats when the real game begins :)
Danni out.
Better show up or you're out of here Brooke.

ok as per usual I took the night to think about things and I'm here to talk strategy with ya'll
My plan coming into this game, having never lurked before, was to come have fun and be friendly towards everyone. and to be a dick on the internet because lets be real, you can't hide your true self
I'm here to pontificate on how long I want to work with the vets. We're sitting pretty on this tribe and I see no reason why myself, Dale, Brian and Joaquin won't glide into the merge. Based on personality alone, Dale and Joaquin are my boys. I like chatting with them, and we tent to have the same ideas as far as strategy go. I know we all want to pull drew in and work with him, but that's where my dilemma starts. I'm worried that if I go to the end with these scumbags, people on the jury are going to see me as the player who got dragged to the end by returning players, and I could hardly blame them for it. At the same time, they'll be big targets going into merge and I like not being out front for people to target
On the other hand, Brian and Lydia still want to work with me, and I think I may be able to link back up with Gary when we get to merge and pick up where TOUTTE left off. As I've been saying, I love options, and I think I'll have plenty. I could probably even break off with Chrissy and Caryn if needed. Fuck, even Jim would probably work with me.
Basically the takeaway from this post is that I may have given myself too many options, lol. By not having any contentious tribals, I haven't really had to plant a flag in the game and I'm worried that without that flag, no one will respect my game.

Let's tlk about Caryn pretty quick.
that old broad is such a hoot, but I feel like its really hard to tell where she's at in the game/with our tribe. I did find out today that her and Joaquin are much closer than Joaq would like me to know (Thanks Dale, you earned a 30 second flash at some tribal). I figured she was close with Chrissy, but its always helpful to know who has ties that they aren't revealing to the rest of the tribe.
That being said, I think people know I'm friendly with Dale and Joaquin, but I know that Brian/Lydia think I'm closer with them. Hopefully if I can work this to my advantage with the other newbs come merge time

Hi Danni, big fan. I think it's an interesting dynamic that you're naturally more drawn to the vets, but are cautious about the perception of "riding coattails." Would you even go as far to say you trust the vets more? Do you have a plan to manage this long-term?

lol if im being completely honest I think its because I talk to the vets more, and they're responsive. It's an easy way to build trust and talk through ideas. Its strange to me that the people I've bonded most with just happen to be the returners. I'd compare it a lot to Gary on my OG tribe. We just clicked, and once that moment happened it was a lot easier to open up and talk about strategy.
Honestly I'm not super worried about the management. Dale and I have already discussed keeping tabs on Joaquin's relationship with Caryn (which the little fucker hasn't told me about yet. if he blindsides me I can't fucking WAIT to shout it to the masses), and I think as long as I remain vigilant and wary of them playing the game around me, then I should be good.
But to answer your question, at the moment I do trust Joaquin and Dale more than the rest of the players on my tribe. we've made plans, stuck to them, and proven loyalty at tribals, even if they were a bit boring. Joaq told me about his idol, which is a huge sign of trust. I just think I lucked into an alliance by being a scumbag tbh :) But I also plan on maintaining my relationships with Brian, Gary, and Lydia if they all make the merge. All 3 of them have talked serious game with me and I think if I catch wind of the vets turning on me, or if I ever feel like a fucking goat, I can make my own move using the relationships I've cultivated with the other newbs. It's why I spend so much time talking to people like Lucy, Mari, and Brooke. we may not be working together now, but if I keep at this I can maybe work with them down the line.
hope this answers your question Queen!

Ok I'm fucking heated and this is game related so I'm coming here and not my fucking trash talk thread
I get that people have schedules and lives and other places to be, but it fucking sucks to have to go into a challenge with barely enough people to participate. So much so that people had to try and compete on their phones while the other team is able to search on a computer. I just didn't want to fucking end up at tribal, and it sucks that we weren't competitive at all in the challenge. its embarassing. I'm not a pleasant loser. especially not when it could have been avoided easily
That being said, I'm glad we had a plan in place so these fucks could get their votes in. Brooke did great in that challenge but this plan was in motion the minute she didn't show up after the tribe swap. This game takes effort and its about damn time some people start playing seriously.
