Taino Tribe

C'mon in guys!

Welcome Taino to your first Tribal Council as a new tribe! While no one is being voted out of the game tonight, someone will be leaving the tribe and going into Refuge. Of course, you will still be able to talk to them for the next few days until the next Refugee is selected.

While on Refuge, you CANNOT be voted out. You will return to the game at a later stage, thus getting a free pass until that point. The downside being... you will not be able to talk to the players in the game until you return.

I'll give you guys a little time as our normal time of 8c/9e just started and some people may just be coming in now.

How have you guys been getting to know one another so far?

So far Ive had some great conversations and bonding and getting to know several of my tribe mates. Finding things in common and talking strategy too.

Adam have you guys discussed Refuge and if anyone would WANT to go there to be Immune from the next few councils?

So far the ones I have discussed it with do not want to go and are hoping someone will volunteer. We all want to compete!

I have gotten to chat with most of our tribemates as they have signed on. So far everyone seems really friendly and just as nervous as I am Lol!

Everyone is really awesome and the people here are absolutely swell to get along with.

I don't want to make too big of assumptions but it seems like we're getting along fine!

Mari, if the other tribe picks someone active to go to Refuge, does that put this tribe at an advantage or a disadvantage by picking one of the people who have not shown up yet at random?

So Lucy, who then has everyone decided should be the first Refugee if not one of the active 5 or so I have seen online tonight?

It seems like so far no one wants to volunteer to be a Refugee quite yet - so it might come down to pure randomness or possibly if anyone from our tribe doesn't show up they might go by default?

Hi Jeff, by putting someone who is active and enthusiastic about this game into refuge, that just means one less useful player who will show up to challenges! As long as we kick ass in the challenges, we can avoid your pretty face and stay united so I think it benefits us to put an inactive into refuge.

As far as I can see Chris, Figgy and Jessica are the three who have not shown up yet.

Please know i will be monitoring them closely and have been in contact with them recently. If they are still no shows, we have plenty of alts on standby.

So how should we pick one, At random?

I think everyone seems to be getting along pretty well so far and it only seems fair to send someone who is inactive as opposed to someone who actively wants to stay and help the tribe.

Aight well let's pick numbers then.

I'll randomly assign Chris, Figgy and Jessica a number between 1 and 3 each.

Someone please do the honors and pick the number of the person who will be going to refuge now. :)

Figgy will be the tribes first Refugee.


You will still be able to speak to Figgy until Sunday's next Refugee Ritual following the Immunity Challenge.

The first Immunity Challenge will take place on Sunday at our normal time of 8c/9e. The first Tribal Council will take place on Monday at 8c/9e.

We'll start you guys out slowly but things will very quickly pick up. Very excited to see where things go! Take the weekend to get to know one another.
