Hello everyone! I am back with another entry for this round and I will be here to talk about everything that has happened so far in this new round. Today's topics of discussion are as follows:
- Tribal Council disaster
- The next day after
- The Refuge Challenge
- What happens now!
Let's start off with the first thing on the list which is the Tribal Council and how everything looked different than what we actually expected. So, after we lost the challenge. We all gathered around in order to talk about who should we vote out this round. And so after we discussed who would actually be voted out. We all walk into the TC area confident as all hell that it will all go by our will actually. We all sat there just waiting for Jeff to say the words we all wanna hear which is "It's time to vote!" and so, we wait, we banter a bit. And out of nowhere, Jeff tells us that actually, we will not be voting anybody out, instead, Jessica will leave. We all scratch our heads and wonder what in the world just happened and just realized how anti-climatic this whole moment was for us. But still, had we lost the challenge, we still would have voted out Jessica anyways. So, there were no tears left to cry for anybody here. With how we are closing off that previous topic. We segue into another one, which is the day after situation. After the removal of Jessica. Jeff has told us that we will be receiving a new member instead of Chris. And that new member turned out to be David. Now, it's pretty hilarious because at the same beginning of the game. We all wanted to send David who was never there in the first place but now he is here. I remember that day when David got in the game. He messaged me saying what I quoted in my Journal. And after that, radio silence happened. In the meantime, we all were just hanging around and I just generally did my time doing the usual Zeke thing which is just wait for people to appear and start talking to them or just do whatever I have to make something happen in my diary section. Anyways, we all wait for the Immunity Challenge. But once again, things go not as planned. It turns out that the other tribe has also a dud and that is Miss Margaret. And she is removed from the game aswell. Now, this is not where it ends for us. It also turns out that Figgy got removed from the game aswell. Which surprise, surprise. It did not shock anyone because Figgy barely gave a crap about anyone. I think my statement from last round about the inactives, still stand strongly. I really feel mad that these people would come into the game and just take someone elses ability to play this series away. It really just feels absolutely disgusting and stupid. And just not fair to those that have been wanting to get into this game.
Anyways, since Margaret and Jessica have been booted from this game. It was announced that instead of an Immunity Challenge, we will have a chance to play in the Refuge Ritual challenge where the winning tribe chooses who goes into the Refuge Ritual. We all gather around, we discuss things and after that. We win the challenge! Seeing as we just do not want to have to deal with going into the Refuge Ritual. We all gave the opportunity to Lucayan. Now, who is in Refuge from their side remains unsolved.
But now onto the final important part of this entry. Where am I now in this game?
The answer is pretty simple. I am still in a strong social position in this tribe. The Core 5 of our alliance (Me/Will/Mari/Lucy and Adam) have been discussing plenty of things. And one of the many things that we have discussed is who should we vote out if we do not win this Immunity Challenge. On first glance, I have said to many of the people in this tribe that we should atleast give David a chance in this upcoming challenge. But seeing as he was not even remotely on for it. Chances are unless he decides to show up for the actual Immunity Challenge. They are looking pretty grim for him. But things are also looking grim for Hannah as a lot of the people do not find themselves connecting too well with her and they just don't see it for her. And she could be the next vote, if David leaves this round possibly.
Overall, this round was a wild one and one with a lot of moments where we have no idea what will happen by this point. But all in all, I really love how this game functions and how this game just thrives and pulses with it's genius gameplay mechanics and the very big atmosphere of being part of the virtual Survivor.
